Call or email us with the date and time of your event to see if we are available. If so, leave us your email and or mailing address for us to send you a contract. You may also download and print the contract directly from our web site by clicking here or by navigating to the "downloads" page. You may also arrange to meet with us at this or any time.
After receiving the contract, sign and date two copies. Keep one copy for your records and mail the other back with your $50.00 deposit check made payable to "Greg Sovek." Do this in a timely manner. Dates are reserved on a first come first serve basis.
Upon receiving the check and contract your date will officially be reserved.
About two weeks before your event you may call to review everything with the videographer.
After reviewing everything you can relax knowing you've entrusted an experienced professional. The day of your event will be elequntly captured on digital video.

If you would like to use us for something other than general video taping and editing of an event or occasion call or email us describing what your needs are and we will quote you a price. Depending on the scope of the project, we may have to meet with you in order to give you an accurate quote. Once a price is established, a deposit will be required and a contract will be written up to be signed by both parties. Once the job is complete and full payment is received, your project will be delivered to you.
